How Many Sessions & How Often?
You might find what you're looking for in just a few sessions, or you may decide to go further and address multiple concerns over time. Furthermore, some people decide that they desire the support of therapy in their life on an ongoing basis i.e. similar to how you might not set an end date on other activities that support your wellbeing such as going to the gym.
I offer weekly sessions, allowing us to build a safe and consistent therapeutic relationship while addressing your unique needs. When life gets challenging, talking to friends and family might be comforting, but sometimes, you may feel the desire to connect with someone from outside your immediate circle. Someone who can offer you objective support for whatever you're going through.

Where Do We Meet?
What Do We Talk About?
Individual Therapy & EMDR
Finding it challenging to know where to start, and what to talk about, is not an uncommon experience. Nor is it uncommon to experience apprehension/ nerves/ anxiety.
Within our supportive relationship I trust that you will come to know for yourself what is most helpful for you to explore - even when the emotions and circumstances at hand may seem perplexing and unclear .
Throughout this process, my sincere interest and gentle encouragement are intended to facilitate your articulation of experiences - I am committed to the notion that doing this contributes to the collective process of understanding, managing, and initiating the journey toward resolution and healing.
Relationship & Couple Therapy
I will invite you all to talk about your feelings and perspectives concerning your relationship.
It might feel challenging to know where to start for a variety of reasons: there might be so much that each of you wants to explore; or maybe you do not know how to explore what you want to share; you might also be afraid to broach certain subjects.
Within the safety of our therapeutic relationship I trust you will begin to share what feels important to you, in service of your relationship, at your own pace.
